Feizor & Smearsett Scar 21/04/12

Pen-y-Ghent from Smearsett Scar
Saturday 21st April 2012 – Half-day workshop
Join me at my favourite location in the Yorkshire Dales. We shall start the session in the magical environs of Wharfe & Oxenber Wood – an intoxicating mix of limestone pavement and wild primrose. A short, but strenuous, walk from there takes us to the windswept ridge of Smearsett Scar and Pot Scar for the best view in the Dales. A 360 degree panorama includes Ingleborough, Pen-y-Ghent, Pendle Hill and the Forest of Bowland. Add in some limestone pavement and a few twisted hawthorn and you have the perfect ingredients for an evening’s photography.
Half-day workshop 2pm-7pm
Cost £55
Maximum of 3 clients (Oxenber & Wharfe Woods are too precious for a larger group to move around in).
Cost does not include transport, meals or insurance. Please read terms and conditions.

Please note that, by its very nature, landscape photography involves walking over uneven and potentially rough terrain. If you have any concerns over the likely distance covered or terrain crossed, please contact me before booking.
