Silverdale Evening
Silverdale – Limestone, woods & coast

Saturday 15th September 2012 – morning & evening workshops
The Arnside – Silverdale AONB is one of the country’s best kept secrets – an area of rich woodland, stunning limestone pavements and a delightful coast.

The morning workshop will be based around Gaitbarrows National Nature Reserve. This is a fascinating area of limestone pavement with pockets of ancient yew woodland. If time permits we might also wander over to Haweswater.
Morning workshop 8am – 12pm
Cost £45
Maximum of 4 clients - FULL

By contrast the evening workshop will concentrate on the coast and is designed to coincide with a low tide at sunset. Meeting at 3pm we will explore the limestone cliffs and viewpoints from Jack Scout and Jenny Brown’s Point, hopefully ending the day with a beautiful sunset across Morecambe Bay.
Evening workshop 3pm – 7pm
Cost £45
Maximum of 4 clients - FULL

Book both workshops for £80

Cost does not include transport, meals or insurance. Please read terms and conditions.
