This image serves as a constant reminder to me of the need to be always open to different subjects. I'd spent the evening fruitlessly searching for a sweeping view and good light only to return to this spot a couple of hundred metres from where I was staying. The fading light and gentle movement of the buttercups help to create a peaceful atmosphere. The image also sums up much of what I want to say in my photography - about the delight to be found in quieter, unprepossessing locations and the need to tune in to the landscape.
