Wansfell Pike
I would have liked a much clearer composition for this dramatic shot looking down the ridge of Wansfell but a terrific wind dictated my viewpoint. The rock to the right offered the only meagre shelter on the summit that would allow any photography. Even then the camera was only two feet off the ground with nothing extended on the tripod and my foot through the bag loop on the centre column.
