In May and early June the coastal paths are a sheer joy to walk along with all the colourful coastal flowers such as thrift, campion, squill and ox-eye daisy. Despite these flowers being widespread I still had to search hard for a stretch that gave a pleasing composition with a view along the coast north from Marloes.
