Upon returning to this viewpoint towards Flakstad I was captivated by this large, round boulder. The hoped for sunset didn’t arrive but I was still pleased with the sense of shape and texture in the less dramatic conditions.

A truly magnificent country for the landscape photographer who likes wild and dramatic locations. The Lofoten Islands alone could provide a lifetimes work.
